Shipping Policy

In this policy, you can find important information regarding our shipping policies, including the following topics. Before ordering, please carefully read this article to ensure a clear understanding of our shipping processes and policies.
Your tool will be carefully enclosed in a shock-absorbent and scratch-resistant package. For added protection of precision parts and accessories, most tools will be packed with custom-fitted foam inserts. Upon receiving your package, please check all components against the order list.
Supported Countries
We offer home delivery to locations in the United States (Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). We do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Total Delivery Time = Processing/Production Time + Shipping Time.
  • Each tool has a unique processing or production time, which usually takes 5–9 business days to complete your order.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com.
  • If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping on select items. For details and fees, please reach out to us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
At this time, we are only able to apply one address per order. We cannot split an order and ship products to separate locations. If you were planning to order tools for your team or partners and want them to be shipped directly, you'll need to either place separate orders for each recipient or place a single order and distribute the items yourself once the package is delivered to you.
Undelivered Packages
Our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Bestoolio and tagged as "return to sender". In the event that this occurs, please contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com. Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.
Order Status & Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will enter the production/processing process within 1 working day after payment is confirmed. As mentioned, each order takes 5–9 business days to complete.
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we update your order with courier information, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can directly click on the link in the email to check your order status.
Tracking Order
Your tracking code will be included in your order dispatch email. If the parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com and we will be more than happy to assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
