Returns
If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. For faster assistance with return or exchange requests, email us with your order number, contact information, and photos/videos of the damages or defects (if applicable). Please retain all items and original packaging materials until your claim is finalized.
Note: For final sale items, minor discrepancies between the actual product and product images may exist due to product characteristics. Please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern. Our return policy is valid for 15 days from delivery. Refunds are only applicable for items returned within this 15-day window. Customized items are non-returnable.
RMA Numbers
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. One RMA number is issued per order; if returning items from multiple orders, a separate RMA number is needed for each. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
To obtain an RMA number, contact Bestoolio Support within the return period. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. How to Return Items
Before returning items, contact us to obtain return details and the correct return address. All refund returns must be authorized by Bestoolio within 15 days of delivery and include a valid RMA number. Contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com to initiate the process.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will commence.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.
For issues not caused by Bestoolio (e.g., fit or compatibility issues, personal dislike, purchasing multiple items to test and keeping only one), the buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. A restocking fee (20%-50% based on the specific issue) will also apply.
Unlike incorrect sizing, fit/compatibility issues are typically not the seller’s responsibility. However, to enhance your experience, we will cover up to 20% of the product purchase price as partial compensation for local alteration or adjustment costs.
To offer you affordable shopping, we subsidize shipping costs. However, actual shipping, packaging, and labor expenses are significantly higher. In the event of a refund, these actual costs will be deducted to cover logistics and processing fees. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post officially. Next, contact your bank, as processing delays are common. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at OptimalChoiceCollection@outlook.com with a description of the damage/defect within 15 days of purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund: full shipping cost + 50%-90% of the product purchase price (10%-50% as a restocking fee).
